Who we are

PickLocalAI (operated by Bruce Harbridge, PO Box 104, Brockway, PA 15824, hello@picklocalai.com) provides AI-assistant visibility snapshots, audits and monitoring for local businesses.

What we collect

Snapshot requests: business name, town, type of business, your name, email, and optional website or Facebook Page.
Public business information: we review publicly available listings, reviews, websites and social pages about businesses we analyze.
Basic site data: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider. We do not use advertising cookies.

How we use it

To prepare and send the snapshot or report you asked for, and to reply to you.
To send occasional follow-ups about our services. Every message includes a way to opt out.

AI services we use

To produce reports we send questions about your business (names, towns, trades — not your personal contact details) to AI providers such as OpenAI, Google and, possibly, Meta, under their business API terms. We don't use any provider tier that trains on our inputs for client work.

Sharing

We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, payments via Stripe) or when required by law.

Retention

Request data is kept for up to 24 months, or less if you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Email hello@picklocalai.com to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop all messages from us. We act on opt-outs within 10 business days.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.
